I think that what's more important to keep oil away from the hair is using the right type of shampooing & conditioning products.
My genuine suggestion to you is to use Sunsilk products.

Yes there is a products. Isoplus Oil Sheen Hairspray, it's in a blue can and smells great.
I don't really understand your question. Do yo want to add oil to your scalp? Then this is the product.
If you want the opposite then this is not the product.

Oddly, enough I have found that if I apply mousse at my roots my hair doesn't get as oily at the scalp.
Currently I am using Marc Anthony volumizing mousse.

yes go to a salon they have plenty. also don't wash your hair everyday it is very bad for your scalp and it will not help....... later
