i just called my boyfriend and asked him where he was, he just got off work 30 min ago, he said his friend(female)was giving him a ride to his other job cuz they need help. at the end of the conversation he said i love you and she started laughing so hard i couldnt hear him say goodbye. any advice on how to handle this

Since you do not know what she was laughing about, you might not want to preclude that she was laughing at him saying "I love you." Don't be presumptuous. If you are really curious, just ask him when you see him at home. If you are uncomfortable about her giving him a ride, you should also let him know how you feel about this.
Sometimes, we allow our mental passages to get the best of us when we do not have all of the necessary information to make an educated guess. When you have all the facts, then you can have an understanding.

I would have called him back and said baby I am sorry I couldn't hardly hear a word you said... some old hen was clucking in the back ground... then I woud have rolled laughing. If he knew what was good for him he had better laugh with me.... hehehee
