anyone know much about hair straighteners?i need one that works fast and works well on thick hair....also cheap....i don't have a job i will be saving money from the toth fairy and from my great grandmother that can't tell the difference from a $5 bill and 20.....help

It all depends on the type of straightener you are looking for. If you are looking for a electric flat iron deal, the best cheap one i have found is by andis, you can get it at wal-mart for about $15-$16 dollars. I also recommend using a leave in conditioner to help keep your hair from getting dried out. There are ones out there mad especially for straighting. Stay away from chemical straighteners, they don't last and all they'll do is fry your hair.

The cheapest one that works well is from Revlon and cost about $12

i dont know the exact kind but conair are usually really nice and a good price. thats what kind i have. good luck finding one!!!

use your iron that you use to iron clothes but don't do it by yourself have help
