My husband and I are trying to lose some weight, with the regular exercise and eating right. I was wondering what are some of your favorite snacks you can eat that are low in fat?!
Just trying to spice up our food! Right now we love yogurt! I could eat it all day!
Any other suggestions?

1) Fat free, sugar free pudding- you wouldn't think that it tastes good, but it is delicious...can't even tell that it's fat free or sugar free! And if you want add a little light cool whip on top. And it's ready in only 5 minutes!
2) There are fat free, sugar free ice creams that are really good, Edy's is a good brand
Try looking on the internet for low fat recipes, you wouldn't believe all of the different things you will find. And also, trying out new recipes will prevent you from getting bored with dieting! Good Luck!

Dried apple slices and banana. Raisins and sunflower seeds, and no butter popcorn. Rice cakes, licorice is a good low fat snack. Popsicles, sorbet or pretzels. Good luck!

I also love yogurt but I add some granola to my yogurt. It adds texture and some extra flavor to plain low fat yogurt. YUM
