The sun is the worst enemy of beauty, swimming with sun is the worst. Always wear sunblock. you need to wear a waterproof sunblock and you will need to reapply often (follow the directions on the bottle). if not, your skin will get darker when exposed to the sun.

swimming itself won't make your skin dark, but if you mean when its sunny then i would advise you to use sunscreen or some sorta of pretection from the suns harmful rays that can cause cancer
