Yes!! It only makes sense. Every one is at their own level of spirituality and righteousness/obedience. Why would one who is a good upstanding person go to the very same place someone who is really really trying to be obedient go. One who is making the sacrifices to be obedient should be rewarded more than the one who is just creapin along to get by.. of course! God is fair.

Plus, its in the scriptures..

Yes. God loves us all, and wants us all to return to live with him. Have a look at 1 Corinthians 15:42, where Paul talks about degrees of glory. I have a few things to say about it in a question I recently posted ("What do you think? How our view of the afterlife affects our here + now?")

Yes!
Celestial Glory is the Glory of God the Father and Jesus Christ which we can attain!
Terrestrial Glory is lesser than Celestial.
Telestial Glory is lesser than Terrestrial.

Read Doctrine & Covenants 76 and it will clearly explain the "qualifications" of each degree of glory.

Yes, what we do here on earth will reflect in heaven. Tony Evans has some great sermons and teachings on heaven and the roles that we will play there.

Yes, it says that those who were most obedient here on earth will be given crowns to toss at the feet of our precious King, not everybody who gets to heaven will be given these types of opportunities.
