My husband said something about wanting a 12 gauge manelli? nova shot gun for christmas. He said the gun he really wanted was about $1,000 but this one was only like $300. I told him there was no way he was going to be able to spend even $300 on a gun period for christmas or not. Anyways i really want to get this gun for him. Where can I find it? I looked on the bass pro shop website and was unable to locate it. I live near Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I could purchase it online if yall know of a legit store. Any help/suggestions would be wonderful!!
Extra Info : He loves to hunt and that is what he's wanting it for. Any other hunting stuff christmas gift ideas would be wonderful. maybe even little stocking stuffers

The Shotgun he's looking for is the Benelli Nova. It retails for around $300. It's a great shotgun in that it will shoot any shotgun shell made and has alot of different configurations that will allow you to hunt almost any game found in Oklahoma from birds to deer. You can even buy a rifled barrel for it that you can mount a scope on it. I wanted a new shotgun and a rifle and got both for around $500 with my Benelli. One thing you might want to get him, for a stocking stuffer, if you buy him the Shotgun is the recoil reducer that goes in the stock to help reduce the kick from the recoil. They also made a new model that they call the SuperNova but the differences are minimal and the price for the Super is about $100 more. The Stoeger is now owned by Benelli but although they are similar the Nova is still much better. I too, like many of the guys anwering, love the Remington 870 but you have to sometimes really search hard for the exact model of 870 you want and before you know it the price will cost you much more than that of the Benelli Nova. Benelli did a great job with the Nova taking all the features of other manufacturers pump shotguns that tend to breakdown and made them better.

One of the most reliable pump shotguns around at about $240 at Sports Authority Stores, is the Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun.You have to buy the gun in person, it cannot be shipped to you.

Your looking for one of the new Stoeger pump shotguns. Benelli bought out Stoeger and they are using the same working parts only the Stoegers are made in Turkey instead of Italy. Hand warmers and cleaning stuff is always good too. Find out what he hunts and find some calls too. Camo clothing is also a good idea.
