I am always tired. I don't know why, and it just started randomly a few days ago. I am geting plenty of sleep, and am not changing any thing in my diet or exercise. Why am I tired, and what can I do to stop feeling this way!!

I already exercise daily, I have not changed the amount of exercise in a month or so, and I eat as healthy as doorm food allows you to!

maybe its time for a physical at your doctor. get your blood pressure checked, urine and blood tested.

Id visit the doctor for a check up & a cbc (complete blood count).
Also take vitamins such as one-a day brand for women. Most women lack iron in their diet.
For energy,,I eat salad or eggs.

If it's possible that you could be pregnant, I would take a test... I'm pregnant with my second child and that was my FIRST sign. I was tired constantly and napped every day. My husband thought something was seriously wrong with me until I found out what was causing my fatigue. So, I suggest you take a quick test so you know for sure.

Try vitamins.. I am having the same problem.. So I started popping centrum energy vitamins to see if that will help...
