Why do White people expect Blacks do accept Black conservatives, when Whites don't accept White liberals?

Hey Jagermast, didn't know stealing from taxpayers and over charging for an unjust war through backdoor companies that you have a personal vested financial interest in was moral? As a matter of fact, it's been so cold lately in my state, that Republicans have actually been caught with their hands in their OWN pockets.

Stepehen, try not to get your info from old rebel nuts on Jerry Springer. Blacks have no power in the Republican party. Collin Powell was kicked out and forced to say he 'resigned' for speaking against Bush's unjust war, and Condi will go the day she speaks her mind as well. Condi is not an employee she is an apointee, which is the equivalent of a slave. Do as massa tells you and you will be all right, or I will appoint someone else.

The Democrats were never racist, I think you have them confused with the Dixicrats who were a branch of the Republican party. Republicans have not elected one Black to Congress since 1930. All the current Blacks in Congress were elected by Democrats. Now that's power! The power is in being elected, not appointed. Hint hint Barrack O'bama.

Republicans rely on dumb, unedcated, ignorant, poor hillbilly Whites who make $7 an hour to vote in the interests of men who make $250 an hour.

It's not wise to tell people to "get educated" when you don't know that you capitalize a "G" after a period.

To say a rich Black and a rich White may have something in common, other than matching leather sofas and a pretty wife, is ridiculous. The Black man earned his money, the White man had a silver spoon, you try growing up with obstacles and see if you are the same as a man who didn't have to walk that mile.

Trailer park Whites and project Blacks/Whites have nothing in common. The White man is in the trailer because he choose to smoke pot and drink Budweiser throug high school, the Black man may be there b/c White cops plant drugs on him and he's cursed employment wise with a criminal record. I happens a lot in my state. Wise up and look at reality and not spin doctor fairy tales designed to make the opressed conform to the oppressor.

First - check your history - the Democrats certainly were racist, they were the pro-slavery party (Lincoln was the first Republican president). The Republicans ran the south after the war during reconstruction, then were ousted as the Democrats regained power. These "dixiecrats" as you call them to dissociate them from "real" Democrats helped get many democratic icons elected, including FDR, JFK and LBJ.

Then - check your logic - if Whites don't accept White liberals, than are white liberals not accepting of themselves? Seems like you want to split along racial lines when convenient, and political when it suits you. Some white right wingers call white liberals sellouts and traitors, some black liberals call black conservatives Uncle Toms.

What I wonder is why does anybody, liberal or otherwise, expect the black community to act and think monolithically? A black millionaire has more in common with a white millionaire in terms of taxes, policing and most social issues than he has in common with a black man living in the projects. The problem is that the white guy living in the trailer park doesn't see that he has more in common with the black guy in the projects, so they don't work together to get their lot improved.

I don't know that anyone expects blacks generally to accept black conservatives, but it would be nice if black liberals would recognize that the ones we're probably referring to (Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Condi Rice, Colin Powell) didn't get there because of Affirmative Action, they aren't tokens, they are blacks who earned their positions, which is exactly what conservatives ask of each other without regard to race, anyway.

You can disagree with them, but respect them for the fact that they accomplished what they did on merit, not because they are black.

Now, white liberals on the other hand... well, I'm not a conservative anyway, so I'm probably talking out of turn, but the reason I don't have any respect for liberals of any color is that I don't see them as being interested in Truth or Facts. They're too busy claiming discrimination against someone, or conspiracies by someone else, or bashing the President or whatever republican is handy, and so hell-bent to give me their version of Freedom, and at such a price that it's likely to cost me so much tax money I couldn't afford to actually enjoy the freedom I'd have anyway. In other words, if they spend so much government money protecting my right to not have my phone calls from terrorists tapped that I can't even afford a cell phone, I'm not sure I'd be better off.

i'm uncertain I agree which includes your assertion. i haven't those days considered any conservative whites call liberal whites an "uncle tom" or a traitor to the white race. final time i've got considered or heard any assertion like that should have been from the 50s or 60s in some backwoods component of the U.S. on some action picture depicting racism the place a stupid white ignorant individual could call a white civil rights activist a N---------r lover.

What a confusion you have going there.
White conservatives accept Black conservatives as one of there own. Black conservatives are in positions of real power. White Liberals hate Black conservatives as they are a power threat. Condi Rice is in the # 3 position in Government and if she runs will be the next president, Black, Female, and Conservative. Black liberals are not in positions of major power in Government. The White and Black Liberal leaderships routinely call Black conservatives the most vile of names like, Uncle Toms, Oreo`s, House slave, etc. White liberals need blacks poor and ignorant in order to maintain power. Black liberal leadership needs the same.
The KKK was the terroist wing of the Democratic party for 100 years and kept the South a Democrat voting block. get educated. Stop being a Liberal racist.

You are making a lot of assumptions based on race. You have made it obvious that you are ignorant enough to make sweeping generalizations about an entire population based on the color of their skin. I do believe that is called racism. I do not expect Black to accept Black conservatives. Some whites do accept white liberals or they wouldn't be in office. Color has nothing to do with any of it.
