Yes, NS does go through Bellvue, But you might also try CSX. I have seen pictures of their trains in Bellvue and I am inclined to believe they run through there as well. You can visit their career website at:

I applied for BNSF a few months ago, and I was told to check the website daily to watch for openings in the position you are interested in. Say you are wanting to be a conductor then you would look for jobs listed under the transportation category.

I know Norfolk Southern runs through there, and they may even have a big shop or division office there.
