I grew up without a father and had to learn everything on my own. I have trouble talking to girls and have 1 heck of a time trying to figure out if they like me. Any advice?

possess confidence, try not to overwhelm her, she would stare at you a lot, strangely some girls act like they don't like you when they really do, she will probably flirt with you, by play fighting, anything with touching involved,
Just be clear and straightforward when talking to girls we like that
Chase girls (figuratively), don't seem like you are to desperate

heyy if u wanna know if a certain girl likes you start talking to her dont be too personal just like hi and see if she blushes or stutters and u can usually tell by her face expressions also if the girl is shy she might stare at you a lot hopin you come over to talk to her well i hopee i helpedd goodd luck :)

yah my perents got devorced when i was in junior high so i never got "the talk" or any other kinds of talks for that matter, just be nice and if she acts kinda wierd she probably likes you.
