Mostly Ears, Noses and Throats are the worst aspects.
Oh, and thousands of neurotic mothers demanding grommets and tonsillectomies for their completely healthy children.

I would imagine the worst aspect would be smelly breath caused by bacterial infections.

Lot of boogers and ear wax to see-that's the downside. Otherwise it's a very good specialty. Not much emergencies too.
