Nikolay Valuev WBA
Sergei Liakhovich WBO
Wladimir Klitschko IBF
Oleg Maskaev WBC

There is no current boxing heavyweight champ of the world as the titles are spread all over and no one person has the three biggest titles.

Theres a couple of them. 1 I know is Klitzscho ->Sp?<- and hes one of my favorites. The others, I forgot.
