since it is written in the book of Proverbs that a brother offended is harder won than a well armed and fortified city, it is hard to be able to forgive. However, Jesus did have a woman who, according to him, was guilty of much sin, yet because she from the moment he entered into the house did not cease to kiss his feet and anoint them with oil and tears and wipe them with her hairs, was justified over the proud owner of the house who would not so much as offer Christ an holy kiss. Whosoever loves much is much forgiven. remember also the rich man and lazarus. the next time your church has communion on the first sunday, think about your situation and forgive them as Christ offered up the new teatament in His blood for us.

Regardless of a scripture that I can't offer, I can ask the question that my sister asked when our mother and her sister were on the outs.
"How can you sit in church, possibly even together, and sing
"Oh, how I love Jesus" and have no feelings of love your your sister" Or anyone else for that matter.
Be the bigger person and just swallow hard and apologize.

I'd recommend Genesis 32 that deals with Jacob and Esau.

Why would you want to push that on them? Its love and be loved, ask them to forgive and let live! I have 5 children and they fight continuously, but I keep telling them friends come and go, blood is forever! Chose your friends over your family, and no one will be with you for long! Keep family close and you'll always have friends!
