Not likely. Most bloodborne pathogens are transmitted blood to blood. Not blood to trouser, through skin. No. Your skin serves as a protective barrier and is your first line of defense. Your clothing was protecting your skin, in tact this would not be a problem, even if your clothes were saturated in blood. Being that they were not, and no visable signs of blood remain, your in the clear. But if you want to feel safer read more information regarding the transfer of diseases.

Not likely. If you touch the blood with your skin and the blood is fresh maybe but the blood has to be infected and fresh from the infected body and it has to enter your body through an open wound or mouth, noise, ears..

i seriously doubt that you will become infected from blood on your pants, you would have had to have the blood touch a open wound on your leg and even then it would be really hard to get infected that way. rest your mind and speak with somene who would know for sure (doctor or nurse)

No. No, no, no.

Even if the fresh blood got into a cut on your body the chances of "catching" anything are slim to nil. Viruses cannot survive long outside of the human body.
