I am tryin to locate my brother that is in the Navy stationed in Japan. The Red Cross can't do it unless their is a family emergency. We have looked at different sites, but they need the actual rank and official job that he has, which we aren't sure of because he changed jobs right before he left. We just want to make sure he is safe, and to just get a friendly hello to him. Can someone please help me or give me some hints?

My brother also is in the Navy, he used to be stationed in Japan,Hawaii, and now in San Diego Ca. Try this website:
