Some people can't have chocolate because of the hormone changes that take place when they eat it. Check with your doctor to see what medical condition the chocolate is counteracting with.

When I eat chocolate, it makes me bitchy and really hot...but I am going thru menopause. You did not give your age, but if you are not menopausal, quit eating the chocolate and eat something else.

ALLERGIES act like that. Lay off of it 4 a while. IF it happens again tell the DR.
