Tell him how you feel about how you have treated him. Don't grovel it is un-lady like
Ask him to tell you how he feels about what you have been doing
You may be surprised at how hurt he has been but if he is half the man you think he is he may turn out to be twice the man you could ever hope for and tell you "not to worry" about it.

this could nicely be a tragic and pathetic question. It pains me to study such issues from somebody who for sure bases their finished existence on somebody else. while you're that wrapped up in somebody else, who curiously does no longer sense the comparable way, you're doomed to be disillusioned. you are able to no get love by giving it. that does no longer artwork. You get love by deserving it. Sounds to me like that individual you adore so dearly has achieved no longer something to deserve that love. i'm guessing this individual will reject you, given which you seem to prepared to smother that individual to dying.
