Go to the nail shop and let them hook you up with some acrylic tips. It runs about $20 for a set, you nails will be so cute you wont want to bite them!

I tried everything kepping them polished didn't work cuz I would scrape off the polish and that nasty polish didn't work either cuz I would peel that off so I got tips put on and I go get my nails done every few weeks. When you are spending the 25 or 15 every few weeks you are not going to bite.

I used to bite my nails terribly. If I keep acylic nails...with no polish on them I am fine, so I get the solar pink and white nails.
The polish event though it tasted bad didnt work for me, I just picked it off.
The best cheapest soulution is nail polish remover. Keep a bottle with you and dip your nails in it. They put a bittering agent in it to keep kids from drinking it, its called Bittrex. It stays on your fingers for a while and it taste soooooooooo bad. Plus finger nail polish remover cost like 99 cents.
Good luck!!!

Keep them painted and pretty.
I bit my nails until I started getting regular manicures. Eventually I broke the habit and now do not bite my nails when they're not painted.

Put lotion on your hands and fingers. That way not only are u moisturizing but you will also taste the lotion and remind yourself not to bite your nails.

i do no longer understand what to assert...Thats a reasonably great record you have there... attempt biting on pencils... or tapping your finger nail on a floor... i won't be able to be of any help, yet i think of you need to discover a greater efficient habit!

Invest in a manicure and an acrylic fill.
You'll never bite them again, and theyll look so good!

They sell this stuff that's awful tasting and it helps. You'll find it at a Harmon's beauty place near you. Self control works best.
