LOLZ!!! I am English, i'm from Chelsea and i hate our accent.. it's sooo farckin classy!! And me gal's from Liverpool and i love her and Liverpool's accent (Scouse)

Move to Liverpool. However, i take it by the fact that you actually WANT to learn the scouse accent you may not be english so in that case shack up with a scouse.

want to learn scouse ....? move to liverpool or better still move to kirby where they think they in liverpool and speak prolonged scouse....in matter of fact there is no scouse accent it liverpool accent and any1 can learn it ....why would you want to would be a good question...?
