No need to worry if this is a front tooth i can see why u are scared.On the front teeth they can place a white filling that matches your tooth shade very well.-angie-RDA

No need to put yourself into the snare of scare. It is just a normal thing to happen to anyone. A visit to the dentist will present you with an option in bonding, veneer, crown, and so on for you to listen to his advice and make your own choice.

Depends if it's chipped all the way down to the gum. If not then they just fill it in. Any dentist will tell you what they need to do before they go ahead and do it.

but it depends on how big the chip is.

so there might be other options.
