If you watch Rachael Ray a lot, you will know that she is not famous for her desserts. She tells you straight up that she hates to bake because she hates to measure, so her desserts are usually really easy with not a lot of measuring and baking. She makes a lot of ice cream desserts where you scoop ice cream in a dessert dish and put toppings on top like peanuts, whip cream, heated up caramel or fudge toppings, cinnamon, chocolate shavings. Sometimes I've seen her take a simple cookie mix and jazz it up in her own way with extras like coffee or coffee beans, or extra chocolate chunks. She makes chocolate covered bananas and adds toppings like candy m&m's and sprinkles.I've seen her make ice cream sandwiches with big cookies and ice cream in the middle. She's real big on easy desserts with not a lot baking involved. You can try the food network website, or her new magazine has lots of recipes, I think it's rachaelraymag.com. Good Luck!!! P.S. I just watched "30 Minute Meals" and she melted chunky Peanut Butter and poured it down on top of vanilla ice cream with melted hot fudge!!!

Several sources. Go first to foodnetwork.com and pick her show. You will find recipes. Secondly, she has a magazine out called Everyday Cooking with Rachel Ray. I subscribe to this magazine and it can also be found at Walmart along with several of her recipe books which are excellent.

I have made a bunch of her recipes as has my friend. My friend loves the stoups. Rachel Ray has good recipes but just like any other recipe I alter them to what I need/like. My latest fave it her spinach artichoke mac and cheese. Soooo yummy, and the left overs were even better. Spinach and Artichoke Mac and Cheese-from Rachel Ray Salt 1 pound regular or whole wheat penne 2 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons butter 1 large onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated 3 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup white wine 2 cups milk A few grates fresh nutmeg 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and wrung dry in a kitchen towel 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped artichokes, defrosted and wrung dry in a kitchen towel ****I actually prefer marinated artichoke hearts here for a little more flavor. Ground black pepper 1 1/4 cups shredded Italian Fontina cheese, plus additional for sprinkling on top 1 1/4 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, plus additional for sprinkling on top Preparation Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place a large pot of water over high heat to cook the pasta. When the water is boiling, salt it well and drop the pasta in. Cook to al dente according to package directions. Drain the pasta and reserve. While the pasta is cooking, place a medium pot over medium-low heat with 2 turns of the pan of EVOO, about 2 tablespoons, and the butter. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook the veggies until very soft, about 10 minutes. Turn the heat up to medium-high and sprinkle the flour into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute then whisk the wine into the pan, cooking for another minute to burn off the alcohol. Whisk the milk into the pan and bring up to a bubble. Add the nutmeg, veggies, some salt and pepper to the sauce, and simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add the cheeses to the sauce and stir until melted. Toss the prepared sauce with the cooked pasta and transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle some more Fontina and Parmigiano over the top and bake until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Toss the prepared sauce with the cooked pasta and transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle some more Fontina and Parmigiano over the top and bake until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes
