I cant count the times Ive seen some one run a red light.. Id just once like to see a cop zooming after them.Or tail gateing..Im going the speed limit,sometimes over and still some one has to put the brites on me to speed up..now Im hot..but law abiding..what do you do?.There should be a law against cops eating donuts in the squid.!!!

i know what you mean but this is how it is their are so many crimes and so little of cops hun imagine that along with the people geting arrested for a ticket fine and felons being left out because no space in jail define irony?

They can't be everywhere all the time! There isn't enough cops to go around, and they aren't in the donut shops.
Have you voted in higher taxes for your city so they can hire more police? Have you tried to call and let them know that that area needs some extra patrolling?
They can't solve everything we have to inform them at times.

I get tailgated all the time. I slow down. If they want to go so fast then they can go around me. I had an incident a few weeks ago. I was tailgated by a coal truck. I got his license number and phone number off the truck and called the company. I spoke to the owner and he was furious. I haven't been tailgated sense buy these particular trucks.

I completely agree. Cops are never around when I need one but are always there when I am doing something bad. I have a very noticble car. I speed but I still see people zooming past me. It really sucks.

I agree. Now that I'm in my 40's, I'd love to see more traffic cops. (When I was in my teens, I thought there too many) Problem is: more cops = more taxes. Or reduce other city services.
What other city services would you give up to hire more cops?
At least the Donut shops are safe.

That would be a 'bad question" to put to one of my friends. Her husband was having a heart attack while driving into town.They were still outside city limits with lights flashing,horn honking when lo and behold she was pulled over.. She told the officer thanks for stopping,but I need escorting to the ER for my husband.
