There is a man who is emailing me and instant messaging me and I am under 13 years old please help me I am not going to tell me parents! He thinks I want to be his online grl friend!!

That's called "stalking" not tracking, You will HAVE to tell your parents because THEY are responsible for you as well as the internet connection. Since you say you won't tell them I am going to have to assume that this is a bogus post, since most kids would tell their parents (even if they did something wrong) in a case like this.

Block him if that doesnt work just ignore him and dont give ANY personal information out! Stop responding to him and if it gets worse you will NEED to tell your parents so they can take it to the police and try to track this guy! Just do not give any personal information! And dont respond to him.

Delete all his crap and block him. Other then calling the police and FBI that's all I can think of. I have Avast Antivirus that might help in case he's good with computers.

block his email address and his screnn name from your computer, but how did he get your e-mail and im address??
