Taking up to 50 mg of zinc per day helps more than anything else I have tried. But make sure to take it immediately before eating to avoid nausea. A high fiber diets also works wonders. Prunes are high in both zinc and fiber and are awesome for acne (don't eat too many!). Face wash containing salicylic acid reduces acne but be careful not to over use if you have dry skin. Moisturizers containing alpha hydrox reduce scaring.

Okay... to clear up your skin the most significant thing that will noticiably clear your skin naturally is don't drink any pop (soda or whatever your area calls it). The Carbon Dioxide will be trapped in your pores and create pimples. Not eating greasy foods helps too, it causes oil on your skin. Lastly try to keep yourself calm, hormones and stress cause acne too.ever tried proactiv? it works better then clearasil, and Acne Free works well too. actually swimming really helps. The chlorine in the pools dries them up and you get a great work out in the mean time?!Using Neutrogena Acne Prom soap for your face or putting Colgate toothpaste on your face overnight would work.

Proactiv and this stuff I use called Acne Free, they just came out with an extreme acne kit. And they have a fade system as well to heal acne scars and all that. They also have a spot treatment that works well for the concentrated ones.

Sounds like they are from the inside. You gotta drink more water and eat more veggie and fruits. Don't get me wrong, it might not completely get rid of it, but it will reduce the amount of acne you have.
