No dear. I've been an Esthetician for about 5 years and I've had to do plenty of them. I hate doing them because it's very misleading. You can loose inches, usually 6-20 all over. That means maybe a half in. in your waist and a little on your wrist and ankles, it's b/s. I hate having to disappoint people. They can be good for your skin, but not for weight loss.

all you are losing is water weight,,its best to stcik to exercise.
