What is a good mask that you can make from ingredients you have in your own kitchen? I need one that will purify my skin preferibly.

Recipe Ingredients:

* Half a cup of purified water

* Instant oatmeal (ready to cook)

* Two spoons of organic honey

* 1 Tbsp. of cinnamon powder

* Milk (infant or toddlers milk)

* Papaya Soap (optional)

Directions

Put the water in a microwave and heat it for two minutes. Mix all of the ingredients to make a paste. Test the temperature first, then apply to your face. Leave it on for thirty minutes to one hour.

Wash it off with water and papaya soap (Lux beauty soap does wonders! It's cheap but really good; if you don't have any of the soaps I've just mentioned, you can use whatever soap you have.)

Hi Dancer-

It depends on what *type* of mask you are needing for your face...Is it for acne, or just to moisture your skin etc etc. A few basic one using *key* ingredients...Honey!

1. Add a few tablespoons of honey to a little milk...spread and leave on for about 5 minutes..Rinse off with warm water.

I use this one for oily skin- Tomatoes and Oatmeal...Just crush a tomato in dry oatmeal to make a paste.Put it on your face for about 5 minutes and rinse off.....

Also- for toxins and pulling out toxins and dirt and grime- Clay....Red Clay or Kaolin Clay works wonders..you can also add Honey to the clay once your wet it...

Good luck
