You know, I love you is the HARDEST thing to say when you really do mean it. I have been with a guy for almost 5 years, and it was a few months into our relationship before I was able to say that.........I remember half choking on the words when I said it back to him. He is my first true love!!!
I don't think it would be wise to say I love you within the first week. ( Unless you knew them forever) But even so, the first week of a relationship is so exciting, and new...That's why people tend to use the 4 letter word so loosely. It's because they THINK they feel it....But trust me...when you really do fall in love...You'll know it....

well that is not a very good idea because you don't really know the person yet love takes time I think you could care about the person but not love them. And especially if it's a guy that your telling this to love kinda scares guys so try not to use that word for at least 4-6 months of steady dating!!!

it depends on the person.maybe you were in his heart for a long time and you didn't know it/maybe it was love at first sight/in this cases saying i love that fast is normal./taking the first case,it's all good/taking the second case it could be bad because he might realized that you aren't what he thought you would be.
If none of this cases are true than just go with it...you know best...cause love is a mystery and it's unpredictable and sometimes that's the fun of it.We are all unique and we love in our own unique way.:)

depend how long you knew the person before hand. If you were friends for a long time before and finally gotten around to dating I could see it, but if it is just an infatuation or crush, you or the dude has to know the difference.

After a week of dating, "I love you" is just words with no meaning. It takes a long time to develop real love.

I think that you shouldn't say it just because a certain amouhnt of time has passed. You should only say you love someone if you do indeed love them, and you can't really know someone that well after only a few weeks.

too fast you sohuld slow it down like after 3 month .make sure he hav the same feeling as you then you can say it
