Everytime I finish my workouts, my saliva turns into a much thicker, stickey substance

Because you are not drinking enough water during your workout and are becoming dehydrated. Drink more. Also, breathing through your mouth will tend to dry things out.

This think saliva is due to a condition that results from poor hydration. This saliva is your body telling you it needs more water. Saliva is composed of water and mucosa. When our bodies lack sufficient water our saliva is composed more of mucosa than water.

You're not drinking enough water, before, during, and after you exercise... and probably just in general. You need 8-10 glasses per day.

are you drinking you 8 glasses a day?
it could also be phlem mixed with saliva,
but the remedy is 8 glasses a day mister!!!

Its normal 2 ever one............drink water or use glucose when u exercise ...............
