It's normal for a shy guy to be comfortable around flirty confident women...they do all the work...u just enjoy the ride! But, around a person u like...is she not confident...u all may have more in common once u initiate conversation. The only way you'll get that girl is if u make a move...don't let it pass u by. Be shy to the freaky annoying flirty girls...and be nice and charming and breath and plan out what u want to say...build ur confidence so u believe in urself when u approach the girl ur really thinking about.

all men like flirty women. doesn't matter if they are shy or not. but a smart man might now. flirty women might just flirt with other men when they have someone. i personally feel that its okay to flirt. hey, if their your their yours. if not then move on. and yes it is

It sounds like a typical thing that to be honest. If you like someone, you're more likely to be self-conscious and nervous because you don't want to do anything stupid around that person because you think that if you do, they won't like you.
