Puedes intentar BBC Mundo... www.bbc.co.uk/spanish/

Yo vivo en México y los mejores periódicos nacionales (que también tienen información internacional, por supuesto) son

Grupo Reforma www.reforma.com
El Universal www.eluniversal.com.mx

El País (http://www.elpais.es) in Spain and La Jornada (http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2006/10/24/index.php) in Mexico are my favorites. However, if you live in the U.S. and want more domestic news, I recommend El Nuevo Herald (http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2006/10/24/index.php) out of Miami. Be aware that the foreign sites will probably have more "authentic" Spanish...but I think it's better to read what's interesting to you so you'll actually do it, which in my case means reading U.S. news. :) Good luck!
