I've had kidney stones and that's the general area where the pain would be. However, you would have a horrible pain while urinating. I mean a pain like you've never had before. If you're having that pain then go to the emergency room right now. If not then schedule an appointment with your regular doctor as soon as possible to get it checked out. Also, be on the look out for blood in your urine as that is a sign as well. Good luck and take care of yourself.

I have been a kidney stone former for years. One of the things you could look for is blood in your urine.

The first time I had a stone I was doubled over in pain and could not find a comfortable position. Subseqent stones haven't been that painful, but have still sucked big time. If you go to a doctor and have yourself checked out, the doctor may be able to give you something for the pain. He or she will likely tell you to drink a ton of liquid. If you have a stone, you need to flush it out.

Symptoms for kidney stones vary, but generally it causes a sharp pain in the abdomen that moves down toward the groin. The pain is sharp and may cause nausea and vomiting. Also, there may be blood in the urine and/or difficulty in urinating, urinary obstruction may occur from the stone. Dehydration can be a factor in causing the stones, fluid intake should be increased, however, seeing your doctor is the best way to be diagnosed for any suspected condition.

Kidney stones will also be harmful, my query is why did she no longer move to the health center and feature them eliminated? I bought kidney stones final August, and had surgical procedure to have them eliminated. It may not be deadly, however I do not realise how she would have stood them very lengthy, mine had been totally painful and I used to be peeing blood...She will surely get better, however it takes a couple of days to believe again to ordinary and he or she would possibly have got to put on a catheter for a couple of days as good. Best of success to her.

You could even have a kidney infection LOL!!!! Go and see a doctor, you only have x2 kidneys do not play with them, if you loose your kidneys/function you will end up on dialysis, each time I go to the loo I am soooo.... thankful!!!

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

go see your doctor. he/she will have a better idea of what may be going on. you will probably be referred to a specialist, and have a few tests done.
