No, they don't. Organized gambling is illegal in Thailand. There's all kinds of blackmarket gambling though (if you are interested). I wouldn't be... ending up in a Thai prison isn't a happy fate to say the least.

No, they don't. There was talk of putting one up in the Chonburi Province but, there was alot of opposition to it. The only ones close you could find are across the border in Malaysia. There are ones in Macao, China. They do have a 3 number lottery a couple times a month. That is the only legal "gambling" the Thai have.
There are plans to make a floating casino off Phuket but, that venture will take 10 years to finish. Be ready in 2015. LOL

Gambling is illegal in Thailand. I wish they should have some instead of let people have to go to the Cambodian border like Poipet or Koh Kong for example. Who can stop the gamblers?

No casinos and the underground casinos, mostly Chinese are unwelcoming to farangs (foreigners). I do buy a couple of lottery tickets every couple of weeks or so...
As a final caution, if anyone tries to entice you into any sort of gambling and you are thinking about it, just pull out your wallet and hand him or her the money then and there and save yourself the trouble of getting properly fleeced.

Gambling is illegal in Thailand.
But you can get a free pass to go over the border to Burma (Myanmar), where they have modern casinos.
You can get a boat from Chiang Saen to a casino on an island.

Yes, sure they have. Not officially, but both Thai and the Chinese have their own illegal casinos placed around, where even the police show up to use their black money. I personally know one in Pattaya and one 8 km south of Hua Hin.

No, it is illegal at the moment though the previous government had tried to consider this. If you want to go to one, head for Macao or Genting, Malaysia, for it.
