It took the U.S. 50 years to clean out the Irish and Italian mobs and the U.S. still hasn't wiped out gang activity. It's like that in every country. I doubt Iraq will calm the violence for decades. One of the big problems in Iraq now is drugs. These guys get loaded up on things such as heroin before they fight. It's turning them into a larger version of the Manson family. They have no minds to win.

Iraq needs to split up into 3 nations or states. The people migrating from terror are already marking the terotories.

And NO foreign entitiy should have a hand in the oil. NONE!!!!

are you out of your mind, this recent statement that iraq will take over security in 1 year is nothing more than a republican political ploy. how can they say were handing over and yet we are building up forces every day, hogwash. Best way out of there is to load all our troops on an airplane and tell them good luck. with in a year they will kill each other and then we can go back in and take it over and then bush will have all the oil to his self.

Are you kidding me, these people have been fighting for one reason or another they will not be satisfied until everyone's dead. I'm not talking only Iraq but all other middle east countries.
