Assuming that you have no problems with your kidneys or liver, it should not present a problem and
Assuming that your total daily protein intake isn't exceeding 30% of your total daily calories.
However, you may have a problem digesting and utilizing that much protein at one time - Everyone is different but most of the research that I have read suggests that 30-40 grams at a time is best for optimum digestion and utilization ...

I've never heard of that brand. if you are going to take 60 grams it should be post workout along with an overload of carbs. This is the point where overloading isn't bad because your body is craving for it.
You can spread out your protein throughout the day. I take in 375 grams of protein a day and it isn't hard when you put it down on paper. Of that 375 grams about 100-125 is from protein shakes. I use Optimum. I also drink a lot of low fat milk I eat my eggs(about 10 whites) chicken(about 40 grams of protein in 6 ounces) yogurt and cottage cheese before bed.

You can only digest 32-40 grams of protein in a 2 1/2 hour time period. I don't believe 60 grams would damage a healthy persons kidneys though.

Not all of the 60 grams will be absorbed by his body. It really depends on the individual, but usually 30-40g is the max limit. The rest will be either used or stored as fat depending on his activity level and caloric intake. If he is know working out a lot that might be the reason for his fatigue, but protein will not do that to his body. I take 4 shakes of 40g a day.

I don't trust those products..according to the ACSM you should only be taking in 10-12% of protein. Multiply your weight in pounds by .45 and you will get kgs. Next multiply that by .8 and 1(the amount of protein grams you should have per kg of weight), that will give you your amount of grams of protein that you should be eating per day. You should not exceed that amount for health reasons.
Unless you want to stress out and overload the body like JC below me..for the sake of being beefy and not healthy.

No, your body is only able to digest roughly 45 grams at a time. Just cut the shake in half and drink the rest later.

Save your money and make your own. Plus, you can them any flavor you want with as much protein or vitamins as you need.
Basic Shake Recipe:
1-2 cups orange juice
1-3 scoops Protein powder (strawberry, bananna, etc...)
1-2 cups ice
1-3 handfuls of choice fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries....)
Blend Smooth
You can add Greens+ to the mix for additional vegetable servings and good dose of antioxidants,
Vary the protein amounts with your daily diet and your goals. If you are trying to build muscle aim for 2 grams protein per lb bodyweight.
The ACSM is for those fools only interested in getting by, not for those of us who actually want to make something of ourselves.
