Probably at least VAT (17.5%) if it's any kind of manufactured item. Possibly more - check the table linked below

£10.15
Assuming an exchange rate of 1.8798 and that there was just VAT (17.5%) to pay.
In some cases you will not have to pay import tax if the item was not inspected by customs.
Exceptions apply if it is a gift

It depends on the item and it's purpose. If it was for yourself then you would not pay tax on it, if it was a gift you would have to pay tax on anything over £68 in value.

Check out the Inland Revenue Customs and Excise site. Rules vary depending on whether you are bringing in the goods or having them shipped to you and also what the goods are.
See http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/
This gives good advice and also helpline info if you still can't work it out.
