my daughter has one of those. Her doctor never gave it a name.... but I just did an internet search and it looks like a hole in the outer ear is called an "auricular fistula".

It has never caused my daughter any problems, except that periodically I have to go in with a pimple-popper implement and squeege all the gunk out of it (dirt, dried shampoo, whatever).

I have never heard of such a thing and nothing on "angle" holes. You should be seen by a doctor.

my cousin has those. he says there's a nasty smelling pus that comes out of it.
