Some people do associate colors with sounds or visual cues, this is called synesthias and is usually a benign condition. The other things with the walls and driving sound like auditory and visual hallucinations. In any case you need to be checked out by a doctor to make sure that there is not a neurological problem with you, (like inner ear imbalance or a tumor) and a psychiatrist, to make sure that you do not have a mental illness

Actually, the first part of your question about sounds and colors, that's actually a rare but normal thing. Our senses are very closely related and your brain is being stimulated and interpreting things as colors and sounds at the same time. I will sometimes see colors when I am listening to music (no drug use or alcohol).
As for the second part of your question, I have no explanation.

You really need to go and see your Dr,
You could be having a psychotic episode, this could be your first presentation, having olfactory hallucinations and visual ones too, tend to be due to psychotic episodes, providing you do not take any hallugenics.
Please get yourself checked as soon as possible

See a psychiatrist. I am serious because some of what you are describing are signs of a mental illness. Also they can signify brain abnormalities, such as tumors and seisures.

Yes. Perfectly normal. At least that is what the voices tell me.

see your doctor, or a psychiatrist, what you're describing is not normal, and is a manifestation of some level of psychiatric disturbance
