Okay......... I have these bumps on the tip of my tongue, they are really painful and I have no clue what they are. What are they and when will they go away? Does anyone here know? I really need to know. And what they are caused by.

They are taste buds that are dying. Don't worry, they just do that. It is perfectly normal. It will go away soon.

Did you maybe burn your tongue on something? Otherwise it could be an allergic reaction.
