It is all a part of being a teenager.U were the same way when u were a child. HE/SHE is going through the phase when they think the only person that knows anything except other teenagers

Because their a teenager is the easy answer.
Its all about control, influence and need for individuality. We were all pains in the **** at that age, we've just forgot. I work with offenders and find the best approach is honest, structured and respectful. You won't get antwhere if you shout, scream or attepmt to control 'em.

One reason is the raging hormones that will make your teen moody and angry for no apparant reason. Another could be those are the years where teens want to stay out late, party, go out with boys/girls and other wild activities. They want space but parents are unwilling to let go. Ever tried giving him/her a little space?

teenagers seek independence. without this instinct, they cannot survive in the big wide world. therfore, they question your authority, and discover social boundaries they may require.
a certain degree of controle is needed however, or it is possible they can take advatage of this. always make sure YOU are in controle. never give them the upper hand.

There are three possible answers:
1) You are not tough enough with him/her
2) You are TOO strict with him/her
3) They are going through a difficult phase, their hormones are going crazy and teenagers are just plain difficult

most of them are my brother can be a right pain but he can be really lovely to I think you just have to try and focus on when they are not being a pain otherwise you just end up being negative towards them and then they just do it to get attention.

that is just what they are be firm stick by your word you are the boss teach them to respect you but give them loads of love they do get better but don't let them rule you but try not to shout talk don't shut at them good luck keep taking the tablets
