It is 18-19 for girls and 21-22 for boys.After this in many cases where the person goes to GIM and is regular in doing exercises there may be individual and exceptional cases.

Nobody can say . someones height start increasing early and someones height increase later. In fourth std my height was increasing very fast ,at that time my height was greater than my small brother now after five years in height i am smaller than my small brother. There may be some approximate limit for height but it
is not applicable to all persons.It also depends on your regular diet and exercise.

For girls: Till 16 they attain 90% of their actual height and rest 8% till they are 18. There is a fair possibility to grow another 2% till they turn 20!

For guys: Till 17 they attain 92%. Next 3 years they can add 6% more and 3% till they turn 24!

For women, it's a set number of years after the onset of puberty. I forget how long. But women never actually reach the genetic height they would had they been born male. Darn.

In my opinion, for girls it virtually stops at 16 and for boys at 18. After that there is only a marginal increase (virtually nil) I hope you are in your teens.

for a girl she will normally in basic terms improve approximately 2 inches after commencing menstruation I dont understand approximately boys yet i think of which you will possibly no longer improve anymore now. i finished turning out to be after 14 once I achieving 5ft 4 such as you.
