i bought wheels and tires off a 2004 F150 they are 6 lug, my 2000 F150 is 5 lug. can i convert my 2000 F150 to 6 lug. if you know how or where i can get the parts and hardware to do so please let me know. i know it will cost me money but iwant to do it.

I think the best store for auto would be auto zone or pep boys auto. Because these stores have a lot of fantastic stuff for a low price. They can convert in about 2 days. I am not sure about how long it is going to take. But, I think this is the estimated time.

5 lug is 1/2 ton 6 lug is 3/4 ton and its not worth the switch just get different wheels to compensate the difference OK, its a major deal to switch,don't use adapters OK , they are UN safe, its even cheaper to get a different truck 6 lug 3/4 ton

for the money youll pay to convert, why not just get a set of wheels you want in the correct bolt pattern and sell the others on an online auction site?
this is a question of feasability not how to and its just not economical to convert.

You will have to change the rotors and rear axles. Cheaper to change the wheels

check the dealer they'll prob know what u need and where u can get them
