A soothing tummy diet is called a BRAT diet. Banananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Clear broths would also be good, as well as ginger ale and tea without milk.

Toast should be fine; also try soft foods such as scrambled eggs, Cream of Wheat and soup. The Brat dietis a great tip. Rice has many restoritive properties after an all nighter over the porcelain throne. I am currently in the same boat.

Toast is good, I think you should try whatever you think sounds good and will stay down. Everyone's different in what sounds good to them after they've been sick - for my mom, it's always been a plain hamburger patty. For me, it's always a can of lima beans, for my daughter it's a scrambled egg. It's up to you, just take it easy and eat ust a bit. Food poisoning is miserable, feel better soon!

First , I would take a laxative. To get all you can out of your tummy.
Then eat garlic , In Sauces or anyway you can
.It's a natural anti botic.or take the capsules.
Ginger is also good, you can buy it in capsuls,
but I usually just stir about 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
in a half cup of warm water , then drink it.
Then toast or any bland food would be great.

Small amounts of bland food until yor stomach is settled. Wash it down with ginger ale as ginger has anti-nausea properties. I feel your pain; good luck.
