ive been txtin a girl for a week or so now!! she seems to talk alot and seems to reali like me thru these txts!! bt when i see with her mates hu i get on wit greatly!!! she becomes very shy!!!

Well, maybe she's not 'acting' shy but instead 'is' shy? Give it time. The more familiar you become to her the more she should open up.

Agree with Kat on this one.
The phone is great to get to know somebody better, there is a lot less pressure than meeting up and it is interactive in a way that txting can never be.

Aww bless young love! Give it time, shes obviously shy so be patient with her and she will appreciate it. If you get stuck for things to talk about just ask her what she likes to do when she has nothing to do! Its a good ice breaker.

Try to catch up with her on her own. She may feel under some kind of pressure amongst her friends. She seems to be enjoying you texting her, so arrange something via text that sounds cool. Treat her well.

You start talking to her on the phone. Then you ask her out on a date. Texting is cool but it takes away from the intimacy of real conversation. You should have REAL conversations with her and in time, she will become more comfortable.

She's so use to talking to you through text messageing, but when she see you in person she's shy. I think you should talk to her more in person then through texting that could be the best thing once she starts to feel comfortable with you and person she'll start to talk alot more then to be shy.

shes prob just shy its easy to be brave in txts n emails, plus theres the added pressure of her friends being there

ok tht happens to me all the time.. first of all shes definately interested if shes texting you and stuff.. wen u meet her try to talk to her alone.. wait for tht moment..then she is bound to open up.. and slowly she wil get rid of her shyness in front of her frnds.. or u can just mention it while texting tht she seems to be quite wen u meet her... or stop texting her , then she wil be desperate to talk to u and wil open up eventually.
