1. The same.
2. The glue in the bottle isn't exposed to enough air to dry it up and make it stick.
3. Not sure, but they probably don't.
4. I guess half of them help the doctor and the other half help the patient.
5. I don't know, both? But it doesn't matter if you're over 21 anyways.

2)glue dry's with air. there is no air in the bottle
3)didn't get it...
4)it depends on the patient.. if he was someone famous they would help the patient. otherwise the doctor..
