Could be lots of reasons. Nipples are pigmented (colored in various shades from light pink to dark brown, depending in genetics, ethnic background, etc.). One theory is that nipples are darker than the rest of our boobs to make it easier for a newborn infant to see and suck on it.
Nipples darken from exposure to the sun (I go to the nude beach and my nipples are always bare...at the beginning of the summer they're my natural pink color and by the fall they're considerably darker). They also darken from various physiological and hormonal changes that take place within the body, and may even darken or turn redder from simple irritation when they press against rough material that you may be wearing.

it means you just have red nipples. some are pink some are red and some have a brownish pink color. just the way your body is made. it dosnt mean anything. just your color i guess.
