Don't risk it - give it back now if you don't need it (and if you're looking to invest it, you clearly don't need it). Families have fallen out over less than an unpaid £1000 debt, and it's really not worth it if you love each other.

why'd you ask her to lend it to you if you don't need it? Did you ask her to give it to you so u could try to make more money off it? Y would you do that if you didn't have a plan on how to double the money yet?

3 months is a gamble no matter how you look at it...the only way you have a chance of makin it back is going to the roulette table and puttin it all on black!...Good luck....."hey easy come easy go" right?

get a nought percent credit card, Barcley card is good, for a whole year nought percent. Draw the money out, pay her, and then pay them litlle by little, unless you can use another adress or sommat. Think girl.

Buy £1000 Premium Bonds now. They will be included in the December draw, and who knows. If they dont win anything, cash in the Bonds and give her the money back.

Wait, why'd you borrow it in the first place? Do you need it? If not, please just give it back before it's too late... that's a lot of money.

Put it in a savings account (high interest). You wont get much out of it though.
