phillipsv... girl,
You will want to read 1 Corinthians chapter 1. There are other places, but the wisdom of the Greeks can easily be understood as science; the wisdom of the world.
EDIT: I realize that much of that chapter has nothing to do with your question. So here is the KJV.
1 Corinthians 1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
As I said, there are more. The Bible refers to those that attempt understanding that does not know Him to be "Brutish, foolish, perishing."

There are parts of the Bible that warn against listening to people who say stuff that contradicts it. It also warns that people will deny God.
Of course, most religions do this, because they are insecure about losing converts. In reality, most men of science do deny that gods exist, because the evidence just doesn't support gods existing. However, religious people, including Christians, don't like such facts.

i position self assurance in technological expertise. The issues we study from technological expertise are continually replacing. There are some non secular truths that not in any respect replace. The bible replaced into written by technique of adult males inspired of God so it is an identical as if God Himself wrote it, except that guy has replaced it over the years, subsequently the want for present day revelation.

Romans 1:25
Even those who exchanged the truth of God for the lie and venerated and rendered sacred service to the creation rather than the One who created.

II Timothy 4:7 Ever learning, and never able to come of the knowledge of the truth.
Don't know if that's what you're looking for but it's the only one I could think of!

It doesn't. People just over use the phrase....'it's in the bible'. When it really isn't. God created science...people misuse the things that God makes.

On the basis there was no "science" as we understand it today until around 1600, you will not find it. As you will not find any references to Australia, America or Europe.
Or Oxygen, or Bacteria.
Hmmmmm

Funny that you disparage evolution when you aren't even capable of spelling it.
Scientists always deny that which does not exist. Not one single person has yet been able to provide credible proof that such an imaginary fabrication has any basis in reality. Why? because it is imaginary, nothing more.
