Listen Babe leave him he will never change. You say he is only your boyfriend so your not legally or morally tied to him. Peoplelike him never change they get worse and he could start to hit you if he gets the idea that you are his door mat If he does become abusive to you then you could find yourself well and truly stuck because all your self respect will be gone. Be brave and dump him no matter how hard it is, but dont look for anyone else for a while. Watch his space and you will see him do it all over again to someone else. Remember... him who layghs last and all, not that you feel like that at the moment. Find someone worthy of your kind and forgiving nature. May it go well with you, dear.

I think that opposites attrack. There are so many good people out there with someone who is just bad for them! What is funny is that most people don't recognize it. Everyone else has to tell them, "girl he ain't no good" or "man she is a hoe" and for some odd reason people stick those relationships out. It's good that you recognize you have a "BAD SEED!" so with that being said if you have to ask for someones opinion, that means you really don't want it but want someone to say its okay. Well if you want happiness, then do what makes you happy and whether he is a great guy or a "BAD SEED!" if he is what makes you happy, keep him around BUT, if he only keeps you upset and sad then the only answer to your question is the answer you already know, kick him to the curb because you deserve better.

My advice for you and all the girls who are like you:
Don't settle for less!
Don't stick with a guy who is a bum and treats you like garbage just for the time being until someone better comes along. You need to embrace the DIVA that you are and dont kiss that guys butt if he has done shady things to you.

If you hold out long enough you will get whats coming to you,but unfortunately I think it'll be more of the same.Let go before too much time is wasted and you are used and bitter. You deserve more and are aware of that so go for it,sounds like you won't find it in him. Please find it in you to leave.Sometimes we hang on to a dead relationship soley because we don't wanna see all of our effort go to waste. In the end tho' both effort and time go to waste.Good Luck

I know what you mean. I think that subconsciously we somehow think that is what we deserve. I was in a bad relationship for 4 years but finally got the guts to leave him. Now I 'm engaged to the most wonderful man in the world. I think it is because I decided to accept something good and allow myself not to mess it up.
Believe me, he won't change. People rarely do. Learn to love yourself and get the heck out!

You need to have more respect for yourself. He wont change, the longer you hold out, the longer he's going to keep treating you like crap. Plain and simple. Leave him and move on. Don't be jealous of the next woman in his life, feel sorry for her.

because woman are so in love with their man that the forgot all the bad things that the man has done to them. They try to forget how bad he treats them because they dont want to be alone and probably feel like he is "the one" and dont want to lose him.

All the good guys ask is that you don't give us any of that "He done me wrong" shitt or "All men are assholes". If you want to be victimized then don't look for sympathy at any stage, please.
I believe I say this on behalf of the majority of the male population.

that's common.
something about the female psyche.
same thing, women don't wear make-up to attract males they wear it to compete against other women.
my opinion, you are guarding your territory from intrusion by other females. you can't stop doing that even though you realise you aren't happy with that guy.
snap out of it. no-one cares if you dump him. you aren't his mom, so you don't have any obligation to keep cherishing him.
