I am having an adult halloween party on Satuday night and am looking for some fairly easy GOOD snacks/appetizers for it. I don't want anything to cheesy (no pun intended :) as it is kind of a spooky theme. Thanks in advance!

Also we have a skull punch bowl that "bleeds" out the eyes, so if anyone has a good alcoholic punch (red) that would be great too!

1 package (6 ounces) sliced ham
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices white bread

Place ham in bowl of food processor or blender; process until ground. Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, relish, mustard and pepper in small bowl until well blended.

Cut out 12 bone shapes from bread using 3-1/2-inch bone-shaped cookie cutter or sharp knife. Spread half of "bones" with 2 tablespoons ham mixture; top with remaining "bones."

ack-o-Lantern Chili Cups

1 can (15 ounces) mild chili with beans
1 cup frozen corn
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Olive slices, bell pepper and carrot pieces for decoration

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 16 to 18 regular-size (2-1/2-inch) muffin pan cups. Lightly roll out corn bread dough to press together perforations. Cut out 18 circles with 3-inch round cookie cutter. Press 1 circle onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each muffin cup.

Combine chili and corn in medium bowl. Fill each muffin cup with 1 tablespoon chili. Cut out 16 to 18 circles from cheese with 2 inch round cookie cutter; place rounds over chili mixture in cups. Decorate cheese with olive, bell pepper and carrot pieces to resemble jack-o'-lanterns. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until corn bread is completely baked and cheese is melted.

Cupcake Graveyard

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
2 (16 ounce) packages vanilla frosting
3/4 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
24 chocolate covered graham cracker cookies

DIRECTIONS
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for cupcakes.
In a medium bowl stir 1 package of frosting with the cookie crumbs. Frost cooled cupcakes.
Fill a pastry bag, fitted with a plain tip, with remaining white frosting. Write R.I.P. on each chocolate covered graham cracker cookie. Stand a decorated cookie on top of each cupcake so that it looks like a tombstone. Place the cupcakes on a large cookie sheet that has been covered with green paper. Place paper ghosts and bats randomly through the graveyard. Serve!

Kitty Litter Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla sandwich cookies
3 drops green food coloring
1 (12 ounce) package tootsie rolls

DIRECTIONS
Prepare cake mixes and bake according to package directions (any size pan).
Prepare pudding according to package directions and chill until ready to assemble.
Crumble sandwich cookies in small batches in a food processor, scraping often. Set aside all but 1/4 cup. To the 1/4 cup add a few drops of green food coloring and mix.
When cakes are cooled to room temperature, crumble them into a large bowl. Toss with 1/2 of the remaining cookie crumbs, and the chilled pudding. You probably won't need all of the pudding, you want the cake to be just moist, not soggy.
Line kitty litter box with the kitty litter liner. Put cake mixture into box.
Put half of the unwrapped tootsie rolls in a microwave safe dish and heat until softened. Shape the ends so that they are no longer blunt, and curve the tootsie rolls slightly. Bury tootsie rolls randomly in the cake and sprinkle with half of the remaining cookie crumbs. Sprinkle a small amount of the green colored cookie crumbs lightly over the top.
Heat 3 or 4 of the tootsie rolls in the microwave until almost melted. Scrape them on top of the cake and sprinkle lightly with some of the green cookie crumbs. Heat the remaining tootsie rolls until pliable and shape as before. Spread all but one randomly over top of cake mixture. Sprinkle with any remaining cookie crumbs. Hang the remaining tootsie roll over side of litter box and sprinkle with a few green cookie crumbs. Serve with the pooper scooper for a gross Halloween dessert.
